Robert Bronzi (Death Kiss) is back in another low-rent 80's style action flick & it's damn good fun.Charles Bronson lookalike Bronzi plays Mike Kovacs a foreign man in America to find out why his brother died & it leads him to a drugs smuggling operation & into the prison system. Bronzi is sent into a deadly prison as an undercover informant for the US government & must face the brutality of it's corrupted guards & evil warden. Death Block 13 is a prison action film crafted in the style of those Awesome old school one's we grew up watching on video like Tango & Cash & Fortress & Lock-up & Death Warrant, but this one is made on a very tiny budget. The effects are ridiculously cheap & tacky & the fight scenes are slow & bizarre just like most of the weird characters here but it's fun in it's cheap grindhouse type of way. I couldn't help but enjoy it's craziness. Of course this isn't as good as the blood soaked Masterpiece Death Kiss but it's still a fun retro action flick.Director Gary Jones is a great movie Director within the low-budget B-movie genre & has gave us such Awesome gems as SPIDERS (a Favourite of mine) & CROCODILE 2: DEATH SWAMP (Great Sequel) & MOSQUITO (a Cult Classic B-movie) & he's done alot more good work in T. V & other flicks but those three films are GREAT Creature Feature B-movies.Often the Audio isn't very good in the prison scenes but it's forgiven for what director Gary Jones (Spiders) managed to pull off on an obvious small budget. Bronzi is good at just looking tough & looking like Bronson & carries himself like an old school 80's action hero. There's some cheesiness of course but the action scenes are decent & the action-packed & bloody prison escape last act is well worth the wait. The big muscled bald guy called Bunyan is decent along with Bronzi & i liked the 80's retro feel to it all. The score is really good also. Other actors throughout are crappy but that really doesn't matter in a cheap action flick like this. I got 80's action vibes from Death Block 13 so it done it's job in my opinion. Bronzi does have a strong screen presence & is a perfect low-budget, B-movie old skool Action hero & i hope he has a good career ahead.A low-budget Action B-movie that is bloody good fun.I'm looking forward to more Bronzi action flicks.

On Chicago's south side, an average day finds kids prepping for school as their parents head off to work, young adults trying to make a living, and the elders keeping an eye on things from their front porches. But in this tough neighborhood, real dangers threaten daily to squelch dreams, and the simplest decisions can have life or death consequences. From Emmy® winner Lena Waithe, The Chi is a timely coming-of-age drama series centered on a group of residents who become linked by coincidence but bonded by the need for connection and redemption.
Coming virtually out of nowhere from the aptly named (at the time) Unknown Identity, The Black Mirror became a cult hit when it arrived in 2003. With its grisly subject matter and relentlessly dark atmosphere, the game oozed tension and delivered plenty of perverse thrills, including your own death in disgusting fashion over and over again. It also ended with one of the most shocking finales of all time, which seemed to bring full closure to the saga of the Gordon family curse, though its surprise popularity ensured a pair of sequels would come nearly a decade later. Both are probably better, more polished games than the original, but for laying the bloody groundwork in such compelling fashion, the first will always be the most memorable.
Twenty years after a large and ominous meteor crash landed on the family lawn of the Edison family, the mansion is now home to bizarre and murderous experiments. Dave Miller suspects that his cheerleader girlfriend has been kidnapped by Dr. Fred and sets out with two of his chosen friends to find her. After picking two friends to accompany Dave (from six choices), you can switch between your three playable characters at any time in order to use each person's skills to solve puzzles in a number of different ways. Some are more mechanically inclined, while others are strong, more artistic, and so on. The simple premise never involves any more than getting into the house, finding Sandy, and trying to thwart the plans of the evil scientist and his equally deranged family. As one of the earliest LucasArts adventures, Maniac Mansion includes some deaths and dead ends, but its open-ended gameplay and quirky, B-grade horror film parody humour ensure it retains much of its original entertainment value today, quite apart from its significant historical contributions to the genre.

The common people suffered in their homes from want of food, and many of the very poorest actually died of starvation. This was a source of great sorrow to me, and every day my prayers went up to Heaven, that it would send down rain upon the dried-up land and so deliver my people from death. I knew that this calamity had fallen on my kingdom because of some wrong that I had done, and so my heart was torn with remorse.
Instantly, and as if by magic, a subtle change crept through the atmosphere. The sky became darkened, and dense masses of clouds rolled up and blotted out the sun. The thunder began to mutter, and vivid flashes of lightning darted from one end of the heavens to the other, and before an hour had elapsed the rain was descending in torrents all over the land, and the great drought was at an end.
Some years ago without any just reason you put to death a Buddhist priest. You never showed any repentance for the great wrong you had done, and so the Goddess sent a severe drought upon your Kingdom. You still remained unrepentant, and then she sent one of her Ministers to afflict you, depriving you of your home and your royal power. The man who pushed you down the well was but carrying out the instructions he had received from the Goddess. Your stay down the well for three years was part of the punishment she had decreed for your offence, and when the time was up, I was given the authority to release you. 2b1af7f3a8
