It has got this status because Jayendra Kumar has got the approval of the Tamil Nadu Government to translate the Tirumandiram. There will be a publication of the first part and hence the Tamil Research and Development Council has got the job to check the translation of the first part. Once the translation of the first part is published the other parts can be published. Once the other parts are published, the Tamil Government can make this book into the Tamil Encyclopedia.
